Every player that registers will be issued a book of raffle tickets in order to offset the individual cost of registration.  First allotment of tickets will be $200. Players may choose to sell the tickets and recoup registration money or if they are not interested may fill in the ballots themselves for a chance to win a prize.  If a player sells all their tickets they can return the ticket stubs and receive another booklet to sell.  Each player can only sell a maximum number of tickets that is equal to or less than the total registration fee..Every player that registers will be issued a book of raffle tickets in order to offset the individual cost of registration.  First allotment of tickets will be $200.
